Dan Tetsell is a comedian and writer for radio, television and stage. He has worked on a number of projects, including The Museum of Everything, That Was Then, This Is Now and Parsons and Naylor's Pull-Out Sections.
At the 2005 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, he performed a one-man comedy show entitled Sins of the Grandfathers, focusing on his grandfather's Nazi past.[1]
He currently stars alongside Richard Herring, Emma Kennedy, and Christian Reilly on Richard Herring's weekly podcast, As It Occurs To Me.
In 2008 he played Brian in the BBC 2 situation comedy Lab Rats and in 2009 appeared in Episode 3 of the first series of BBC comedy Miranda. In 2010, he staged a one-man recreation of the show within a show from Mel Brook's The Producers "Springtime for Hitler", for which he had to write several new scenes. Most of the new scenes glorified his grandfather's part in the second world war. Also in 2010, he voiced the character Marion in the BBC 3 adult puppet comedy Mongrels. In 2011, he also appeared in Psychoville as a photographer.
